What I Love…
Yoga ~ I hold a lot of tension in my body, and massages have never helped. Yoga relaxes both my mind and body.
Art ~ I can’t draw a zebra that looks like a zebra, but I do consider myself an artist. I love creating and filling my life with beautiful colors.
Journaling ~ Getting my thoughts on paper helps me sort things out and relieve stress.
Spirituality ~ I practice Tibetan Buddhism, and the folks at my meditation center are like family to me.
Hiking ~ Experiencing nature is calming, and it’s practically free.
The Beach ~ There’s nothing like salty air when I need to clear my head.
Retreat ~ I’m an introvert which means that I expend energy by being around people and replenish energy by being alone.
